Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

This coverage is included in your vacation rental fees and covers accidental damage for your booking. If anything is damaged during your stay please let us know so we can get it fixed. We take care of the rest.
This includes 4 hours of cleaning as well as laundering of all sheets, white bath towels, and quilts on beds. Please help us keep our cleaning costs low for everyone by laundering one load of white towels used during your stay. We pay our cleaners a livable wage and 100% of the cleaning fees go to our team.
Dog Fee - $25 per night
Seaview Cottage is dog friendly. We have a dog fee of $25 per night for a maximum of two dogs. We asked that you bring mature dogs only and do not leave them unattended in the house (they can be kenneled or go with you). Please bring dog beds and/or blankets for your furry friend. There is an outside rinse off area with hot & cold water under the car port for sandy paws and human friends feet too.

Both Airbnb & VRBO add guest service fees and guest booking fees to reservations.
